Restoration
According to the Stained Glass Association of America, the term restoration is "a bringing back to a former or unimpaired condition." Restoration may involve "fixing" things that are not necessarily broken. One example of this would be a window that is bowing or sagging, in which case the window would need to removed and flattened. Restoration could also be replacing a previous repair made with an inappropriate texture or color of glass, or incorrect building materials.
